A CUSTOM PROTOTYPE FOR OUR TRQUBO LASER WELDER<\/h3>\n

The new component, developed with the support of ITS Leonardo Academy students, is a key part designed for our laser gun, used in welding processes. This part, created in-house using 3D printing technology, serves as a protective cover for the laser gun’s power button, ensuring safe and optimized use of the equipment.<\/p>\n

3D TECHNOLOGY AND EDUCATIONAL COLLABORATION<\/h3>\n

LThe creation of this prototype allowed us to combine Tecnorobot\u2019s technical know-how with the practical training of ITS Leonardo Academy students.
\nThanks to the use of advanced printing techniques, we were able to quickly produce a precise component ready for installation, with no need for further adjustments. This part, now physically in our hands, is ready to be mounted on the laser welder, a step that demonstrates how 3D prototyping is now a valuable resource for quickly and efficiently meeting new technical needs.<\/p>\n
