Parametric software

Our ability to develop custom parametric software allows us to perfectly adapt to the customer’s specifications.

With tailored software solutions, we ensure precise and reliable control of our robotic systems, optimizing efficiency and productivity for each industrial application.

STANDARD FUNCTIONS

 thumbnail

WEaving

The pendulum movement of the arm, programmable by the operator, can follow sinusoidal, trapezoidal, circular, or eight-shaped paths.

 thumbnail

Torch guarD

The high-sensitivity collision detection function protects the torch and robot from potential impacts with equipment or the workpiece.

Arc welDing analogue meter

The analogue meter option for arc welding allows operators to monitor welding parameters through an analog graphical display.

Touch sensing

The Touch Sensing function uses the welding wire or gas nozzle as a sensor to detect the correct position when parts are misaligned due to thermal distortion or high tolerances. The welding path is automatically recalibrated, eliminating the need for manual touch-ups.

DCS

Dual Safety Control is an intelligent and integrated software solution that ensures the safety of operators, robots, and tools through specific functions supported by two separate switching circuits for double safety.

  • POSITION CHECK FUNCTION

The Position Check function reduces the cell footprint by 50%.

  • SPEED CHECK FUNCTION

The robot adjusts and controls its movement speed based on safety requirements.

  • SAFE ZONE CHECK FUNCTION

The operator can work near the robot, which slows down or stops depending on the detected position.

  • PROTECT YOUR EXPENSIVE TOOLS

The system allows for the protection of expensive tools connected to the robot.

COORDINATED MOTION PACKAGE

The Coordinated Motion package allows the robot to weld at a unique speed, coordinated with the positioner. This function is also available on multi-arm systems.

ADVICE WELDING JOB

The Advice Welding Job function enables the operator to consult the robot’s welding database for reference parameters, ensuring optimal welding. The material, thickness, joint type, welding process, and process curve can be selected.

Operators can then update or modify parameters according to their preferences.

DEDICATED FUNCTIONS

 thumbnail

USED WIRE ESTIMATION

This function allows the operator, by entering basic data, to calculate wire consumption and receive an audio and visual alert when the remaining wire on the spool or in the drum falls below a preset threshold.

ARC CHART

The Arc Chart function displays real-time welding parameter graphs. It is possible to monitor voltage, amperage, wire speed, and the drive motor’s effort. This function simplifies process state monitoring and automatically tracks graphs during welding.

PARAMETER RAMPING

The Parameter Ramping function enables the setting of ramp-up and ramp-down for each welding parameter, optimizing different welds based on their shape and base material.
