The TR READY series cells represent Tecnorobot’s cutting-edge solution to ensure high production efficiency, and simple and effective management by the operator.
The standard cells integrate components of the highest quality level:

The HMI interface with a 15″ touch panel provides the operator with intuitive, simple, and effective management of the technology, through graphic layouts designed for maximum usability.
In addition to the standard equipment, it is possible to integrate the TR READY series robotic island with customized tools, created specifically to meet the customer’s unique needs for workpiece handling and manipulation. The Plc integrated into the robot called PMC, connected to the fieldbus – Ethernet IP, Profibus, Devicenet and others – allows complete management of the installed equipment by controlling:
- The presence of components through sensors
- The marking system
- The opening/closing of the pneumatic clamps
These customized tools go far beyond basic configurations, offering advanced and sophisticated solutions to maintain a precise and stable position of the workpiece during processing.

WELDING UNIT
The welding unit is fully integrated with the robot, and through the robot’s TP it is possible to manage all the functions of the power source, selecting the different curves and setting various parameters.
In addition, during the welding process, parameters can be modified in real-time using the “On the Fly” function. The machine feedback allows you to monitor the progress of the casting and calibrate various parameters.
Two configurations are available: one for Mig-Mag welding and the other for Tig welding.

In the TR READY series cells, by integrating Fanuc ARC MATE robots, Tecnorobot is able to select and integrate the most suitable robot based on the work envelope, with an optimal payload capacity across all models.
The Arc Mate series, with its cutting-edge hollow wrist design, ensures reliability over 90% for the cable bundle. The torch sheath protection system, which runs inside the robot arm, minimizes rotational stresses, ensuring long-lasting durability.
The R30iBPlus controller allows us to manage numerous auxiliary motors required for controlling positioners. The Fanuc Arc Tool software, in synergy with the Cea Plug In, proves to be a powerful and intuitive tool, easy to use.
