ICUBE
i-CubeT™ represents a revolution in industrial welding. It is a compact, cost-effective laser sensor designed specifically for detecting welding joints, greatly simplifying the implementation of robotic processes. Thanks to its advanced technology, this system allows precise detection of the welding joint, enabling the robot to adapt dynamically and accurately.
What makes i-CubeT™ unique is its integrated software, which allows direct communication with the robot. This enables automatic correction of the starting and ending points of the welding paths, ensuring that material is welded exactly where needed, without wasting time or resources. Thanks to the seamless integration between the sensor and the robot, i-CubeT™ guarantees precise and consistent results, significantly improving the overall efficiency of industrial welding processes.
FUJI-CAM
Fuji-Cam is a milestone in laser tracking, developed by Servo Robot for Fanuc, and serves as a cornerstone for quality control and precision in industrial welding. Thanks to its sophisticated technology, the system can accurately locate welding joints and detect defects such as holes, porosity, lack of fusion, and undercuts, enabling precise monitoring of the welding process.

This system is particularly useful for initial joint detection and dynamic tracking during welding, allowing the robot to instantly compensate for any part deformation. IRVision
