Tecnorobot has officially launched TR Academy, a project that brings together education, career guidance, and innovation with a clear objective: creating a tangible bridge between schools and the industrial world.
A simple idea that became a structured project
TR Academy was born from a spontaneous initiative: a school visit to the company’s departments, aimed at giving students a glimpse of the real working environment. From that experience, a structured program emerged that now involves middle schools, technical institutes, ITS academies, and universities, offering young people opportunities for growth, discovery, and hands-on learning.
Tailored programs for every level of education
Middle schools: engaging learning experiences that allow students to step into different company roles and understand, in a simple and interactive way, how a production cycle works.
High schools and ITS institutes: company visits and internships that give students the opportunity to experience the industrial environment first-hand, explore technical departments, and interact with industry professionals.
Universities: masterclasses and advanced modules, developed in collaboration with professors and academic institutions, combining theory and practice on topics such as planetary gearboxes and robotic programming.
A responsibility toward the local community
With TR Academy, Tecnorobot goes beyond sharing technical knowledge and commits to creating social value. The project is an integral part of the company’s responsibility toward the local community: a tool to generate educational opportunities, bridge the gap between education and industry, and contribute to the sustainable development of the region.
